Ingredients

- 200 g Pork Passion Smoked Pork Sausage
- 200 g Brik Oven Whey Ricotta Cheese (Freshly Made)
- 2 x 140 g D'Lecta Shredded Mozzarella Shredded Cheese - Pack Of 2
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 200 g Organigram Chia Seeds
- 500 g Keventer Italian Chicken Sausage
- 200 g Cremeitalia Ricotta Cream Cheese
- 140 g D'Lecta Shredded Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
- 250 g Sardar Chicken Sausage
- 1 pc (35 g) Keya Italian Seasoning
- 200 g Go Four Cheese
- 1 pack (500 g) Praakritik Organic Coconut Flour
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook 1 lb of hot Italian sausage until browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 lb of ricotta cheese, 1 lb of shredded mozzarella cheese, 6 tablespoons of chia seeds mixed with 18 tablespoons of water, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Mix until well combined.
- 4. Add the cooked sausage and 2 cups of fresh spinach (chopped) to the cheese mixture. Stir until evenly distributed.
- 5. Prepare a 9-inch pie dish by pressing in a pre-made coconut flour crust or your preferred keto-friendly crust. Pour the filling mixture into the crust, spreading it evenly.
- 6. Roll out a second coconut flour crust and place it over the top of the pie. Trim the edges and seal them by crimping with a fork. Cut a small center hole and a few slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
- 7. Brush the top crust with 3 tablespoons of chia seeds mixed with 9 tablespoons of water for a golden finish.
- 8. Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Check after 45 minutes and rebaste the crust with any remaining chia seed mixture if desired. Bake for an additional 15 minutes if needed, until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.
- 9. Allow the pie to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy your keto-friendly dinner!
