Ingredients
- 500 ml Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 35 g On1Y Grinder Italian Seasoning Flakes
- 250 g Zucchini Green
- 250 g Spinach - Chopped
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 1 pc (500 ml) Baidyanath Apple Cider Vinegar With Mother - Red Himalayan Apples - Raw, Unfiltered & Unpasteurised
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cook 2 oz of keto-friendly tortellini according to the package directions. Drain in a large strainer, rinse with cold water, and drain again thoroughly.
- 2. While the tortellini cools, chop 1 cup of fresh spinach into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice 1 green onion.
- 3. Dice 2 oz of fully cooked ham into small cubes and grate 1 medium carrot.
- 4. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning, and 1/4 tsp of garlic salt to create the dressing.
- 5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, spinach, green onion, ham, and grated carrot. Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
