About this recipe
A delicious keto-friendly dinner featuring juicy beef patties infused with spinach and topped with melted mozzarella cheese, served on a low-carb base.
Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Spinach - Protected Cultivation (Palak Soppu)
- 200 g Peeled Sambhar Onion By Urban Harvest
- 200 g Mooz Pizza Mozzarella Cheese Block
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 300 g Nutty Yogi Almond Flour (With Skin)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Prepare 10 oz of spinach as directed on the package, then drain it thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of almond flour with the prepared spinach, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of peeled onion, roughly chopped. Mix everything together until well combined.
- 4. Shape the mixture into four 1-inch thick round patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 5. Bake the patties in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
- 6. While the patties are baking, cut 4 oz of mozzarella cheese into four even slices using a knife.
- 7. Once the patties are nearly done, place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each patty and return them to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- 8. Skip toasting the muffins as they are not available in the basket.
- 9. Serve the patties with melted cheese immediately and enjoy!
