Ingredients

  • 250 g Spinach - Chopped
  • 500 g Meatzza Zing Boneless Breast Chicken Strips (Frozen)
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 1 Pack Button Mushroom (Anabe)
  • 300 g Nutty Yogi Almond Flour (With Skin)
  • 16 g Orika Oregano

Instructions

  1. 1. In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of almond flour and 1 teaspoon of dried oregano.
  2. 2. Dredge 300 g of chicken breast strips in the almond flour mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  3. 3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and sauté for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. 4. Add 1 whole garlic clove, 1 cup of button mushrooms, and 1 cup of fresh spinach to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mushrooms are tender, the spinach is wilted, and the garlic is fragrant.
