Ingredients
- 250 g Spinach - Chopped
- 500 g Meatzza Zing Boneless Breast Chicken Strips (Frozen)
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 1 Pack Button Mushroom (Anabe)
- 300 g Nutty Yogi Almond Flour (With Skin)
- 16 g Orika Oregano
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of almond flour and 1 teaspoon of dried oregano.
- 2. Dredge 300 g of chicken breast strips in the almond flour mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- 3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and sauté for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- 4. Add 1 whole garlic clove, 1 cup of button mushrooms, and 1 cup of fresh spinach to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mushrooms are tender, the spinach is wilted, and the garlic is fragrant.
- 5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss with the vegetables to combine. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
