Ingredients
- 400 g Curd
- - Lemon Juice
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- Pcs Chings Masala Chicken Chilli
- - Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 250g Coriander
- 75 G Cinnamon Stick/ Dal Chini 75 Grams
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- - Bay Leaf
- 150 Gms Cloves
- 150 Gms Green Cardamom
- 100 Gms Star Anise
- 500 ml Water

- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Coriander Powder
- 100g Garam Masala
- 10G Salt
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
Instructions
- Heat oil in the rice cooker and add the bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamom, and star anise. Sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
- Add the sliced onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
- Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned and partially cooked.
- Mix in the whisked curd, coriander leaves, and mint leaves. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Drain the soaked rice and add it to the rice cooker, gently mixing with the chicken and masala.
- Pour in 2 cups of boiling water and adjust salt as needed. Squeeze in the lemon juice.
- Cover the rice cooker and cook on the 'Cook' setting until the rice is fully cooked and fluffy.
- Once done, let the pulav rest for 5 minutes. Gently fluff with a fork before serving.
