  • 180 ml Mother Dairy Milk
  • 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
  • 200 g Mooz Pizza Mozzarella Cheese Block
  • 100 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
  • 200 g Organigram Chia Seeds
  • 16 g Orika Oregano
  • 1 kg Nutty Yogi Oats Flour (Gluten Free)
  • 390 g The Gourmet Jar Classic Pizza Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  2. 2. Pound 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
  3. 3. In a shallow bowl, whisk together 3 eggs and 1/3 cup milk until well combined.
  4. 4. Place 2 cups of Italian-style bread crumbs in another shallow dish. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, ensuring it is fully coated, then roll it in the bread crumbs to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the breaded chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Work in batches if necessary.
  6. 6. Spread 1 cup of spaghetti sauce evenly over the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Arrange the sautéed chicken breasts on top of the sauce.
  7. 7. Place 1 slice of mozzarella cheese and 1 slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast. Pour the remaining 1 cup of spaghetti sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon dried parsley.
  8. 8. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the chicken is cooked through.
  9. 9. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your high-protein chicken parmigiana bake!
