- 1 kg Nutty Yogi Oats Flour (Gluten Free)
- 390 g The Gourmet Jar Classic Pizza Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
- 2. Pound 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
- 3. In a shallow bowl, whisk together 3 eggs and 1/3 cup milk until well combined.
- 4. Place 2 cups of Italian-style bread crumbs in another shallow dish. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, ensuring it is fully coated, then roll it in the bread crumbs to coat evenly.
- 5. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the breaded chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Work in batches if necessary.
- 6. Spread 1 cup of spaghetti sauce evenly over the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Arrange the sautéed chicken breasts on top of the sauce.
- 7. Place 1 slice of mozzarella cheese and 1 slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast. Pour the remaining 1 cup of spaghetti sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon dried parsley.
- 8. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the chicken is cooked through.
- 9. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your high-protein chicken parmigiana bake!
