Ingredients
- 1 Piece Parsley
- 1 Bunch Nectr Mint Leaves (Chemical Free)
- 250 g Spring Onion
- 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 pc (50 g) On1Y Pepper Grinder
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 5Ltr Vittorio Pomace Olive Oil
- 500 G Kinwaaquinoa
- 500 g Dhani Pure Coriander Powder
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 100 g X 3 Mtr Coriander Powder Combo
- 45 g Snapin Cinnamon Powder
Instructions
- 1. Soak 1 cup of cracked wheat in water for 30 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Finely chop 1 bunch of parsley, 1 scallion, and 3 medium tomatoes.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine the soaked cracked wheat with 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon coriander, 1 teaspoon allspice, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
- 4. Add 1/2 cup lemon juice and 1/4 cup olive oil to the bowl, mixing thoroughly to coat the wheat with the dressing.
- 5. Fold in the chopped parsley, scallion, and tomatoes, mixing gently to combine.
- 6. Garnish with 1 teaspoon of finely chopped fresh mint and serve immediately or chill before serving.
