Ingredients

  • 400 g Licious Chicken Breast Boneless
  • 510 g Myfitness Zero Added Sugar Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
  • 300 g (300 g) Veeba Barbeque Smoked Oak Dressing

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your barbecue or grill to medium-high heat.

  3. 3. Cut 1 lb of chicken breast into thin strips. Thread the chicken strips onto wooden skewers in a ribbon-like fashion.
  4. 4. Brush the chicken skewers with half of the remaining peanut-soy-barbecue sauce mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. 5. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with the remaining sauce mixture, until the chicken is fully cooked and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. 6. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a minute.
  7. 7. Serve the grilled chicken skewers with the reserved dipping sauce on the side.
