Ingredients

  • 2 x 400 g Good To Go Boneless Chicken Breast - Pack Of 2
  • 1 pc (10 g) On1Y Oregano Dried Herb
  • 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
  • 1 kg Whole Farm Premium Brown Rice
  • 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 250 ml Remia Caesar Salad Dressing

Instructions

  1. 1. Place 4 chicken breast halves in a shallow dish or zipper-style plastic bag.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon dried oregano and 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Pour 1/4 cup of the garlic powder and oregano mixture over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes to marinate.
  3. 3. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the used marinade.
  4. 4. Preheat a grill to medium heat. Place the chicken on the grill and cook, covered, for 12 to 14 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. 5. While the chicken is grilling, prepare 2 cups of brown rice according to package instructions.
  6. 6. Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve the grilled chicken alongside the cooked brown rice for a delicious and protein-packed dinner.
