Ingredients

  • Pcs Epi Yogurt Mango
  • 150 Gms Cloves
  • - Cardamom
  • - Bay Leaf
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • Pcs Chings Masala Chicken Chilli
  • - Onion
  • 250g Garlic
  • 250g Ginger
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 250g Coriander

  • - Suhana Biryani Masala 50g Box
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 75 G Cinnamon Stick/ Dal Chini 75 Grams
  • 10G Salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Heat oil or ghee in a large heavy-bottomed pot. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, and bay leaf. Fry until aromatic.
  2. Step 2: Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown. Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and biryani masala. Cook until the oil separates.
  4. Step 4: Add the chicken pieces and cook on medium heat until lightly browned and partially cooked. Stir in yogurt and mix well.
  5. Step 5: Add chopped coriander and mint leaves, reserving some for garnish. Adjust salt as needed.
  6. Step 6: Drain the soaked basmati rice and layer it evenly over the chicken mixture. Pour 400ml of water gently over the rice.
  7. Step 7: Cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes. Do not open the lid during this time.
  8. Step 8: Once cooked, fluff the rice gently with a fork. Garnish with reserved coriander and mint leaves.
  9. Step 9: Serve hot with raita or a fresh salad.
