Ingredients
- Pcs Epi Yogurt Mango
- 150 Gms Cloves
- - Cardamom
- - Bay Leaf
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- Pcs Chings Masala Chicken Chilli
- - Onion
- 250g Garlic
- 250g Ginger
- 250g Green Chilli
- 250g Coriander

- - Suhana Biryani Masala 50g Box
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 75 G Cinnamon Stick/ Dal Chini 75 Grams
- 10G Salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat oil or ghee in a large heavy-bottomed pot. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, and bay leaf. Fry until aromatic.
- Step 2: Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown. Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Step 3: Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and biryani masala. Cook until the oil separates.
- Step 4: Add the chicken pieces and cook on medium heat until lightly browned and partially cooked. Stir in yogurt and mix well.
- Step 5: Add chopped coriander and mint leaves, reserving some for garnish. Adjust salt as needed.
- Step 6: Drain the soaked basmati rice and layer it evenly over the chicken mixture. Pour 400ml of water gently over the rice.
- Step 7: Cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes. Do not open the lid during this time.
- Step 8: Once cooked, fluff the rice gently with a fork. Garnish with reserved coriander and mint leaves.
- Step 9: Serve hot with raita or a fresh salad.
