  • 50 g Honey
  • 50 g White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Kg Indian Salmon (Rawas) Fish
  • 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of gochujang cooking paste, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of grated ginger, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to make the glaze.
