  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Chaat Masala
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • - Olive Oil
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
  • 100 g Salt
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 500 g Onion
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Lemon

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled chickpeas, chopped cucumber, tomato, green bell pepper, cabbage, and fresh coriander leaves.
  2. 2. In a small pan, heat olive oil on medium heat and add hing (asafoetida). Stir for 20-30 seconds until aromatic, then remove from heat.
  3. 3. Add the roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the mixing bowl. Mix well to coat the vegetables and chickpeas evenly.
  4. 4. Pour the prepared hing-infused olive oil over the mixture and toss gently to incorporate the flavors.
  5. 5. Add the lemon juice and finely chopped green chili, then stir again to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
