Ingredients
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 100 g Lemon
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- - Olive Oil
- 500 g Refined Flour
- 50 g Parsley Leaves
Instructions
- 1. Pat the trout fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides evenly with salt and black pepper.
- 2. Coat each fillet lightly with all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess to ensure a thin, even layer.
- 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once the butter has melted and starts to bubble, add the trout fillets skin-side down.
- 4. Cook the fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the pan and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
- 5. In the same pan, add the remaining butter and sauté the seasonal vegetables for 4-5 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp.
- 6. Arrange the cooked trout fillets on serving plates, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges and sautéed vegetables on the side.
