  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Kg Freshows Edamame Without Pod
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 500 G Brown Rice
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 236 ml Maple Syrup
  • 100 g Til
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 80 g Soya Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Begin by steaming the shelled edamame for 5-7 minutes until tender. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. 2. Rinse and chop the fresh spinach leaves. Lightly sauté the spinach in a pan with 1/2 tsp sesame oil and a pinch of salt for 2-3 minutes until just wilted.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the -free soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, asafoetida, and remaining sesame oil to create the dressing.
