Ingredients

  • 100 g Almonds
  • 500 g Jaggery Powder
  • 100g Pronature Organic Cashew Nuts100g
  • 100G Walnut Without Shell (100g)
  • 50 g White Sesame Seeds
  • 100 G Coconut Powder
  • Loose Cardamom
  • 35g Delight Nuts Pistachios Roasted Salted 35g

Instructions

  1. 1. Dry roast 1/4 cup almonds, 1/4 cup cashews, 1/4 cup walnuts, and 1/4 cup pistachios in a pan on low heat for 5 minutes until aromatic. Let them cool completely.
  2. 2. Grind the roasted nuts into a coarse powder using a mixer grinder.
  3. 3. Add 1/4 cup sesame seeds to the same pan and dry roast for 2 minutes until they start to pop. Set aside.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground nuts, 1/2 cup grated jaggery, 1/4 cup desiccated coconut, and 1/4 tsp cardamom powder. Mix well.
  5. 5. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them tightly into laddoos (balls) of about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  6. 6. Roll the laddoos in 1/4 cup desiccated coconut or sesame seeds for an extra coating if desired.
  7. 7. Store the laddoos in an airtight container. They can be consumed immediately or stored for up to a week.
