Ingredients
- Pcs Epi Yogurt Mango
- 500 ml Milk
- 25G Sur Dry Yeast
- - Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 250g Coriander
- 100g Garam Masala
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 10G Salt
- 500 Gms Buckwheat Flour
- - Butter
- 250g Garlic
Instructions
- Step 1: In a bowl, combine mutton mince, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, coriander leaves, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly and form into small kofta balls.
- Step 2: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a deep pan. Sear the mutton kofta on medium heat until golden brown and set aside.
- Step 3: In the same pan, sauté chopped onions until golden brown. Add remaining ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in yogurt and cook until the oil separates.
- Step 4: Add the seared kofta to the onion and yogurt mixture. Cover and cook for 20–25 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Step 5: In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, yeast, milk, and butter. Knead into a soft dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Step 6: Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into naan shapes. Sprinkle minced garlic on top and press it into the dough.
- Step 7: Heat a skillet and cook the naan on each side until browned and puffed up. Brush with butter before serving.
- Step 8: Serve the mutton kofta hot, paired with warm garlic naan for a delicious dinner.
