  • 18 g Thyme
  • 500 ml Milk

  • - Butter
  • 1 kg Potato
  • 1 kg Fish Fillets
  • 500 g Idly Rava
  • 100 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Kg Garlic Powder
  • 55 g Paprika Powder
  • 10G Salt
  • 1 l Soyabean Oil

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Season the fish fillets with salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Prepare a breading station with beaten eggs in one bowl and semolina in another.
  3. Step 3: Dip each fish fillet into the egg mixture, then coat generously with semolina. Ensure an even coating.
  4. Step 4: Heat vegetable oil in a shallow frying pan over medium heat. Fry the coated fish fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
