- 250g Parsley
- 18 g Thyme
- 500 ml Milk
- - Smiles-crispy Happy Potatoes-750 Gms
- - Butter
- 1 kg Potato
- 1 kg Fish Fillets
- 500 g Idly Rava
- 100 g Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Kg Garlic Powder
- 55 g Paprika Powder
- 10G Salt
- 1 l Soyabean Oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Season the fish fillets with salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Step 2: Prepare a breading station with beaten eggs in one bowl and semolina in another.
- Step 3: Dip each fish fillet into the egg mixture, then coat generously with semolina. Ensure an even coating.
- Step 4: Heat vegetable oil in a shallow frying pan over medium heat. Fry the coated fish fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Step 5: Boil diced potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain and mash the potatoes while hot.
- Step 6: Mix the mashed potatoes with softened butter, warmed milk, parsley, thyme, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Step 7: Plate the mashed potatoes and place the crispy fish fillets on top. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
