Ingredients

  • 500g Sushi Rice - Tasty & Healthy, Product Of Japan
  • Pack of 10 Yaki Sushi Nori Seaweed Sheet
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 1pc Avocado
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 50 g White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Sheet Bamboo Sushi Rolling Mat
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse sushi rice thoroughly until the water runs clear. Cook the rice according to package instructions, ensuring it is tender and sticky. Once cooked, transfer to a bowl and mix in rice vinegar, hing, and sesame oil while the rice is still warm.
  2. 2. Lay a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat with the shiny side facing down. Spread an even layer of the seasoned sushi rice over the nori, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top edge.
  3. 3. Arrange avocado slices, cucumber, bell peppers, and mango strips horizontally across the middle of the rice layer. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the vegetables for added crunch and flavor.
  4. 4. Using the bamboo mat, gently roll the nori sheet into a tight cylinder, ensuring the filling stays intact. Seal the edge of the nori by moistening it slightly with water.
  5. 5. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife. Serve with soy sauce on the side for dipping.
