Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 200 g Dahi
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 500 g Onion
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Fresh Cream
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, turmeric, chili powder, and ginger-garlic paste. Add the paneer cubes and coat well. Marinate for 20 minutes.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat and lightly sear the marinated paneer cubes for 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- 3. In the same pan, add the remaining oil and cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 4. Add the tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens and the oil separates.
- 5. Stir in the cream, garam masala, and salt, mixing well. Cook for 2 minutes to combine the flavors.
- 6. Gently add the seared paneer cubes back into the pan, ensuring they are coated with the curry. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
- 7. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with whole-grain bread or steamed rice.
