  • - Fresh Cream
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, turmeric, chili powder, and ginger-garlic paste. Add the paneer cubes and coat well. Marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat and lightly sear the marinated paneer cubes for 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same pan, add the remaining oil and cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add the tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens and the oil separates.

  6. 6. Gently add the seared paneer cubes back into the pan, ensuring they are coated with the curry. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
  7. 7. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with whole-grain bread or steamed rice.
