Ingredients
- 100 g Garlic
- 100 g Lemon
- 100 g Roasted Red Pepper Pesto Sauce
- 1 bunch Thai Basil
- Pcs Bri Creamy Cheese
- 1 Kg Indian Salmon (Rawas) Fish
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and lightly grease a baking tray.
- 2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season them with a pinch of Keya Table Salt and freshly ground pepper if available.
- 3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking tray.
- 4. In a mixing bowl, combine 250 ml of Amul fresh cream and 140 g of Montanini olive oil red pesto sauce. Stir well to form a creamy pesto mixture.
- 5. Pour the creamy pesto mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- 6. Tear or cut the cheese slices and lay them on top of the salmon pieces, ensuring they cover most of the fish.
- 7. Finely chop a handful of fresh Thai basil and sprinkle it over the salmon fillets.
- 8. Mince a couple of garlic cloves and sprinkle over the top for added flavor.
- 9. Slice the lemon and squeeze a little juice over each salmon fillet to add a citrusy touch.
- 10. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the cheese is bubbling and golden.
- 11. Once done, take the salmon out of the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
- 12. Serve the creamy pesto salmon hot, garnished with extra basil leaves if desired. Enjoy your meal!
