Ingredients
- 1 L Orange Juice
- - Lemon Juice
- 700 Ml Healthy Boy Thai Soy Sauces
- 50 g Honey
- 250g Garlic
- 250g Ginger
- 100 ml Olive Oil
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500g Spring Onion
- 50 g White Sesame Seeds
- 200 gm Salmon
- 500 ml Water
- 10G Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the citrus glaze by whisking together orange juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Ensure the mixture is smooth and lump-free, then set aside.
- Step 2: Heat 10 ml of olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to let it burn.
- Step 3: Add the salmon fillet to the pan, seasoned lightly with salt and black pepper. Cook for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the salmon and set aside on a plate.
- Step 4: In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil and toss in broccoli florets, julienned carrots, and sliced red bell peppers. Stir-fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet slightly crisp.
- Step 5: Pour the prepared citrus glaze over the vegetables and stir well to coat evenly. Allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes, thickening slightly. Return the salmon to the pan and spoon the sauce over it.
- Step 6: Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot, ensuring the salmon is well-glazed and the vegetables retain their vibrant color and crunch.
