  • 250 Gms Poppy Seeds
  • - Mustard Seeds
  • Pcs Chings Masala Chicken Chilli
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 10G Salt
  • 500 G Sugar
  • 250g Garlic

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Grind the soaked poppy seeds into a smooth paste using a blender.
  2. Step 2: In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with the poppy seed paste, mustard oil, turmeric powder, salt, sugar, garlic, and green chilies. Ensure the chicken is well-coated.
  3. Step 3: Lightly toast the banana leaves over an open flame to make them pliable.
  4. Step 4: Place a portion of the chicken mixture onto each banana leaf square and fold it tightly into a parcel. Secure with kitchen twine if necessary.
  5. Step 5: Heat a flat pan or tawa on medium heat and drizzle a little mustard oil.
  6. Step 6: Place the parcels on the pan and cook each side for 10-12 minutes, ensuring the chicken cooks through and the leaves impart their smoky aroma.
