Ingredients
- 250 Gms Poppy Seeds
- 500 ml Water
- Pcs Chings Masala Chicken Chilli
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Onion
- 250g Garlic
- 250g Ginger
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 10G Salt
- 500 G Sugar
Instructions
- Step 1: Drain the soaked poppy seeds and blend them into a smooth paste, adding a splash of water if needed.
- Step 2: Heat mustard oil in a pan until it reaches its smoking point, then reduce the heat.
- Step 3: Add cumin seeds to the oil and let them splutter.
- Step 4: Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
- Step 5: Add turmeric powder and stir well.
- Step 6: Add chicken pieces to the pan. Sauté until the chicken starts to brown lightly.
- Step 7: Add the poppy seed paste, green chilies, and water. Mix well to form a smooth gravy.
- Step 8: Season with salt and sugar, then cover and let it simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Step 9: Once the chicken is cooked and the gravy reaches the desired consistency, remove from heat.
- Step 10: Serve hot with steamed rice or freshly made luchis.
