Ingredients

  • 250 Gms Poppy Seeds
  • 500 ml Water
  • Pcs Chings Masala Chicken Chilli
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • - Onion
  • 250g Garlic
  • 250g Ginger
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 10G Salt
  • 500 G Sugar

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Drain the soaked poppy seeds and blend them into a smooth paste, adding a splash of water if needed.
  2. Step 2: Heat mustard oil in a pan until it reaches its smoking point, then reduce the heat.
  3. Step 3: Add cumin seeds to the oil and let them splutter.
  4. Step 4: Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
  5. Step 5: Add turmeric powder and stir well.
  6. Step 6: Add chicken pieces to the pan. Sauté until the chicken starts to brown lightly.
  7. Step 7: Add the poppy seed paste, green chilies, and water. Mix well to form a smooth gravy.
  8. Step 8: Season with salt and sugar, then cover and let it simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Step 9: Once the chicken is cooked and the gravy reaches the desired consistency, remove from heat.
  10. Step 10: Serve hot with steamed rice or freshly made luchis.
