Ingredients
- 1 Kg Dried Porcini Mushrooms
- Pcs Epi Yogurt Mango
- 500 ml Water
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- - Onion
- 250g Garlic
- 250g Ginger
- 250g Green Chilli
- 250g Coriander

- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Powder
- 100g Garam Masala
- 50 Grms Red Chili Powder Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- 10G Salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat vegetable oil in a rice cooker and add the whole spices. Sauté until fragrant.
- Step 2: Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown. Then add garlic, ginger, and green chilies and cook for 2 minutes.
- Step 3: Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are softened and oil starts to separate.
- Step 4: Mix in the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until they release their moisture.
- Step 5: Add yogurt, mint leaves, and coriander leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Step 6: Drain the soaked basmati rice and gently mix it into the mushroom mixture. Add water and garam masala.
- Step 7: Cover the rice cooker, set it to the cooking mode, and let it cook until the rice is done and fragrant.
- Step 8: Fluff the biryani with a fork, garnish with additional coriander leaves, and serve hot.
