Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Dried Porcini Mushrooms
  • Pcs Epi Yogurt Mango
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • - Onion
  • 250g Garlic
  • 250g Ginger
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 250g Coriander
  • - Spearmint Leaves | Dried & Fragrant | For Teas, Detox Water & Spice Blends | Natural & Refreshing
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Coriander Powder
  • 100g Garam Masala
  • 50 Grms Red Chili Powder Handmade Spices 50 Grms
  • 10G Salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Heat vegetable oil in a rice cooker and add the whole spices. Sauté until fragrant.
  2. Step 2: Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown. Then add garlic, ginger, and green chilies and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are softened and oil starts to separate.
  4. Step 4: Mix in the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until they release their moisture.
  5. Step 5: Add yogurt, mint leaves, and coriander leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Step 6: Drain the soaked basmati rice and gently mix it into the mushroom mixture. Add water and garam masala.
  7. Step 7: Cover the rice cooker, set it to the cooking mode, and let it cook until the rice is done and fragrant.
  8. Step 8: Fluff the biryani with a fork, garnish with additional coriander leaves, and serve hot.
