  • 400 g Licious Chicken Breast Boneless
  • 6 pcs Licious Brown Eggs
  • 500 ml Amul Slim 'N' Trim Double Toned Milk
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • 100 g Conscious Food Whole Organic Cashews
  • 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 1L & Mustard Oil 1L Pet
  • 80 g Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes
  • 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
  • 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 Unit Cj Korean Pancake Flour Mix
  • 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
  • 100 g Everest White Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut 1 lb of boned, skinned chicken breast into 1 x 1 1/2-inch pieces.
  2. 2. Dredge the chicken pieces in 1 cup of flour and let them stand for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. In a bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper, and a pinch of salt. Add the chicken pieces to the mixture and let them stand for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Dredge the marinated chicken pieces in flour again, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F. Deep fry the chicken pieces in batches for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Drain on paper towels.
  6. 6. Cook 2 cups of rice according to package instructions and divide between serving bowls.
  7. 7. Spoon vegetable stock over the rice and top with the fried chicken pieces.
  8. 8. Garnish with 1/4 cup of cashews, 2 chopped green onions, and a drizzle of soy sauce to taste. Serve immediately.
