Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 150 g Ratlami Sev
- 50 g Chat Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 200 g Black Salt
Instructions
- 1. Place 4 large eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil over medium heat and let the eggs cook for 10 minutes.
- 2. Once cooked, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let them cool for 5 minutes. Peel the shells off and cut each egg into halves or quarters.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves. Add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and a pinch of black salt. Mix well.
- 4. Arrange the boiled egg halves or quarters on a serving plate. Spoon the prepared vegetable and spice mixture over the eggs evenly.
- 5. Drizzle the eggs with tamarind chutney and mint chutney for tangy and refreshing flavors. Sprinkle sev (crunchy chickpea noodles) on top for added texture.
