Ingredients

  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Onion
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 150 g Ratlami Sev
  • 50 g Chat Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 200 g Black Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Place 4 large eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil over medium heat and let the eggs cook for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Once cooked, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let them cool for 5 minutes. Peel the shells off and cut each egg into halves or quarters.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves. Add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and a pinch of black salt. Mix well.
  4. 4. Arrange the boiled egg halves or quarters on a serving plate. Spoon the prepared vegetable and spice mixture over the eggs evenly.
  5. 5. Drizzle the eggs with tamarind chutney and mint chutney for tangy and refreshing flavors. Sprinkle sev (crunchy chickpea noodles) on top for added texture.
