Ingredients
- 9 g On1Y Parsley Leaves
- 1 pc Avocado Hass Imported
- 100 g Celery
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 1 pc (50 g) On1Y Pepper Grinder
- 397 g American Garden Yellow Mustard (Banjo)-14Oz
- 100 g Lettuce Green
- 1 Bunch Spring Onion (Hasiru Eerulli)
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
- 1 kg Supreme Harvest Iodized Salt
Instructions
- 1. Halve, pit, and peel the avocados, then set them aside.
- 2. Drain the canned salmon and gently separate it into chunks using a fork.
- 3. Finely chop the green onion and celery, then toss them with the salmon in a mixing bowl.
- 4. Arrange the avocado halves on lettuce-lined plates and fill each half with the salmon mixture.
- 5. In a small jar with a tight lid, combine 1/3 cup oil, 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice, mustard, 1 minced clove of garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped parsley.
- 6. Shake the jar vigorously until the dressing is well emulsified.
- 7. Drizzle the dressing generously over the filled avocados and salmon mixture.
