Ingredients

  • 10 pcs Prawns
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 250 g Veg Mayonnaise Eggless
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • - Bread Crumbs - Plain
  • 100 g Cornflour
  • 52 g Paprika Powder
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Real Thai Original Thai Cuisine Sriracha Extra Hot Chilli Sauce 430ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with paprika, black pepper powder, and salt to create the coating. Place the cornflour in a separate bowl and the beaten egg in another.
  3. 3. Dip each prawn first into the cornflour, then into the beaten egg, and finally coat with the seasoned breadcrumbs. Ensure each prawn is evenly coated.
  4. 4. Lightly spray the breaded prawns with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  5. 5. Air fry the prawns at 180°C (356°F) for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6. While the prawns cook, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  7. 7. Once the prawns are cooked, transfer them to a serving platter and drizzle the Bang Bang sauce on top or serve it as a dip on the side.
  8. 8. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley or lime wedges, if desired, and serve hot.
