- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 250 g Veg Mayonnaise Eggless
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- - Bread Crumbs - Plain
- 100 g Cornflour
- 52 g Paprika Powder
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Salt
- - Real Thai Original Thai Cuisine Sriracha Extra Hot Chilli Sauce 430ml
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with paprika, black pepper powder, and salt to create the coating. Place the cornflour in a separate bowl and the beaten egg in another.
- 3. Dip each prawn first into the cornflour, then into the beaten egg, and finally coat with the seasoned breadcrumbs. Ensure each prawn is evenly coated.
- 4. Lightly spray the breaded prawns with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
- 5. Air fry the prawns at 180°C (356°F) for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 6. While the prawns cook, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- 7. Once the prawns are cooked, transfer them to a serving platter and drizzle the Bang Bang sauce on top or serve it as a dip on the side.
- 8. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley or lime wedges, if desired, and serve hot.
