Ingredients
- 250 g Carrot
- 200 g Organic Tofu - Soy Paneer
- 1 pc Avocado
- 250 g Cucumber
- 1 kg Quinoa
- 200 g Table Salt
- - Garlic Powder
- 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
- - Sesame Nut Paste
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F) for 5 minutes.
- 2. Drain the tofu and press it between paper towels to remove excess moisture for 10 minutes, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the tofu cubes with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp salt until evenly coated.
- 4. Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- 5. While the tofu cooks, prepare the quinoa by rinsing it under cold water, then cooking it in a pot with 1 cup water for 12-15 minutes until fluffy.
- 6. Chop the vegetables: slice the cucumber, shred the carrots, and dice the avocado.
- 7. Assemble the Buddha bowl by dividing the cooked quinoa, air-fried tofu, cucumber slices, shredded carrots, and diced avocado into four bowls.
- 8. Drizzle each bowl with 1 tbsp tahini sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds for garnish.
- 9. Serve immediately and enjoy.
