Ingredients
- 500 g Prawns
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Bajra/Pearl Millets - 500 G
- Pcs Epi Yogurt Mango
- 250g Garlic
- 250g Green Chilli
- 500 g Ghee
- 50 Grms Red Chili Powder Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 10G Salt
- 250g Coriander
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F). Pat dry the prawns and marinate them with turmeric powder, salt, and 1 teaspoon of ghee.
- Step 2: Air fry the prawns at 180°C for 8 minutes until cooked and lightly golden. Set aside.
- Step 3: Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a deep pan. Add whole spices and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 4: Add chopped onions, garlic, and green chilies, and cook until onions are golden.
- Step 5: Mix in coriander powder, cumin powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
- Step 6: Add soaked pearl millet along with 1.5 cups of water and whisked yogurt. Cover and cook on a low flame for 15-20 minutes until millet is tender.
- Step 7: Gently fold the air-fried prawns into the millet pilaf and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Step 8: Garnish with fresh coriander and serve warm.
