- 250g Green Chilli
- 500 g Prawns
- - Lemon Juice
- 100 g Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 10G Salt
- 1 L Borges Borgefrit High-Mufa-Oleic Sunflower Oil
- NaN Red Jowar Flour
- 250g Coriander
Instructions
- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, marinate the prawns with ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, and oil. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Step 2: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the marinated prawns in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Step 3: While the prawns are cooking, prepare the Jowar Bhakri. In a large bowl, mix jowar flour with a pinch of salt. Gradually add warm water and knead until a soft dough forms.
- Step 4: Divide the dough into two portions and roll them out into thin, round bhakris using a rolling pin.
- Step 5: Heat a flat pan or tawa over medium heat. Cook each bhakri for about 2 minutes on each side until lightly browned and puffed.
- Step 6: Plate the air-fried prawns and Jowar Bhakris. Garnish the prawns with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
