Ingredients

  • 250 ml Coconut Milk
  • - Lemon Juice
  • Pcs Chings Masala Chicken Chilli
  • 100 G Malvani Masala
  • 500 g Rice
  • 250g Coriander
  • - Red Chilli
  • 500 g Ghee
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 10G Salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Marinate the chicken thighs with Malvani masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Place the marinated chicken thighs into the air fryer basket. Cook at 180°C for 20 minutes, turning halfway through for even cooking.
  4. Step 4: Meanwhile, in a pot, heat ghee and add rice with a pinch of salt. Add 360 ml of water and cook the rice on low heat until fluffy.
  5. Step 5: Warm the coconut milk gently on a stovetop and stir in chopped coriander leaves. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Step 6: Assemble the thali with air-fried chicken, coconut milk sauce, and rice. Garnish with extra coriander leaves.
