Ingredients
- 250 ml Coconut Milk
- - Lemon Juice
- Pcs Chings Masala Chicken Chilli
- 100 G Malvani Masala
- 500 g Rice
- 250g Coriander
- - Red Chilli
- 500 g Ghee
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 10G Salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Marinate the chicken thighs with Malvani masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
- Step 2: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
- Step 3: Place the marinated chicken thighs into the air fryer basket. Cook at 180°C for 20 minutes, turning halfway through for even cooking.
- Step 4: Meanwhile, in a pot, heat ghee and add rice with a pinch of salt. Add 360 ml of water and cook the rice on low heat until fluffy.
- Step 5: Warm the coconut milk gently on a stovetop and stir in chopped coriander leaves. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Step 6: Assemble the thali with air-fried chicken, coconut milk sauce, and rice. Garnish with extra coriander leaves.
