- 6 pcs White Eggs
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 g Dahi
- 100G Oleo
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken into small bite-sized pieces and marinate with turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, yogurt, and ginger-garlic paste. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
- 2. Heat oil on a tawa and sauté the chopped onions until golden. Add the marinated chicken and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- 3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and chopped green chili. Pour the egg mixture onto the tawa and cook until set, flipping once to ensure even cooking.
- 4. Warm the whole wheat parathas on the tawa. Place a portion of the cooked chicken and a layer of the egg on each paratha.
