  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 100G Oleo
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken into small bite-sized pieces and marinate with turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, yogurt, and ginger-garlic paste. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil on a tawa and sauté the chopped onions until golden. Add the marinated chicken and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
