Ingredients

  • - Malai Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 ml Cow Ghee
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat ghee or oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for a few seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and green chili to the pan. Sauté until the onion turns translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped tomato and cook until soft and mushy, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder to the pan, and mix well to combine the spices with the onion-tomato mixture.
  5. 5. Toss in the chopped spinach and cook until it wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Lower the heat and add the crumbled paneer to the pan. Stir gently to combine, cooking for 2-3 minutes to warm the paneer through.
  7. 7. Finish with fresh lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves, and adjust salt to taste. Mix well.
  8. 8. Remove from heat and serve hot with whole-grain toast, roti, or paratha for a complete breakfast.
