- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- - Besan
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Jeera
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine millet flour, chickpea flour, cumin seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- 2. Add the chopped green chili, tomato, capsicum, and coriander leaves to the dry mixture. Gradually add water while stirring to form a smooth, pourable batter of pancake-like consistency.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat and lightly grease with a few drops of oil. Once hot, pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly into a thin circle.
- 4. Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Flip gently and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
- 5. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed, to make more cheelas.
