- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 200 g Dahi
- 200 ml Mustard Oil

- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water and marinate with curd, tandoori masala, and a pinch of salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.
- 2. Dry roast the semolina in a pan on medium heat until it turns light golden and aromatic. Set it aside.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and asafoetida. Let them crackle for a few seconds.
- 4. Add the chopped tomato, capsicum, and green peas to the pan. Sprinkle turmeric powder and red chili powder, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly soft.
- 5. Add the marinated soya chunks to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they are well-coated and cooked through.
- 6. Stir in the roasted semolina and mix well with the vegetables and soya chunks.
- 7. Gradually add hot water (as needed) to the pan while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes until the semolina absorbs the water and reaches a fluffy consistency.
