Ingredients

  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 450 G Sarwar Corn Kernels Indian
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • 1 Kg Freshos Bread Crumbs
  • - Rice Flour
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Begin by mashing the boiled sweet corn kernels in a mixing bowl until slightly coarse but well combined.
  2. 2. Add bread crumbs, rice flour, grated paneer, finely chopped capsicum, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, hing, and salt to the mashed sweet corn. Mix thoroughly to create a soft dough-like mixture.
  3. 3. Incorporate the chopped coriander leaves into the dough and shape it into small, flat patties or cutlets.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, place the cutlets in the pan and shallow fry them for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5. Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
