- - Malai Paneer
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil on a tawa or wide skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida, allowing them to sizzle for a few seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped green chilies and green bell pepper to the pan. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the bell peppers soften slightly.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture is well combined.
- 4. Add the crumbled paneer to the pan and mix well with the cooked vegetables and spices. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, to evenly distribute the flavors.
- 5. Sprinkle garam masala and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for another minute to enhance the flavors.
- 6. Turn off the heat and garnish the scramble with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with toasted bread or parathas.
