Ingredients

  • - Malai Paneer
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil on a tawa or wide skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida, allowing them to sizzle for a few seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped green chilies and green bell pepper to the pan. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the bell peppers soften slightly.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture is well combined.
  4. 4. Add the crumbled paneer to the pan and mix well with the cooked vegetables and spices. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, to evenly distribute the flavors.
  5. 5. Sprinkle garam masala and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for another minute to enhance the flavors.
  6. 6. Turn off the heat and garnish the scramble with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with toasted bread or parathas.
