  • 200 g Paneer
  • 100 g Quinoa
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly and cook it in a pot with 2 cups of water until tender and fluffy, about 15 minutes. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala, cooking for 1 minute.
  4. 4. Add the diced bell peppers and tomatoes. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are soft but still slightly crisp. Add salt to taste.
  5. 5. Gently add the paneer cubes to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing them to absorb the spices.
