- 100 g Moringa Powder
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500g Swad Roasted Rice Powder 500g
- 100 g Til
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1 kg Yellow Moong Dal
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the yellow moong dal thoroughly and soak it in water for 4-6 hours or overnight.
- 2. Drain the soaked dal and blend it into a smooth batter in a mixer or food processor, adding minimal water as needed.
- 3. Transfer the batter to a bowl and mix in moringa powder, chopped green chilies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, hing, coriander leaves, rice flour, sesame seeds, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- 4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
- 5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the skillet, spreading it gently to form a circular pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges turn golden and bubbles appear on the surface.
- 6. Flip the pancake and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until evenly browned and cooked through.
- 7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed.
- 8. Serve the pancakes hot with your choice of chutney, yogurt, or a side salad for a balanced and delicious meal.
