  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 500g Swad Roasted Rice Powder 500g
  • 100 g Til
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 1 kg Yellow Moong Dal

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the yellow moong dal thoroughly and soak it in water for 4-6 hours or overnight.
  2. 2. Drain the soaked dal and blend it into a smooth batter in a mixer or food processor, adding minimal water as needed.
  3. 3. Transfer the batter to a bowl and mix in moringa powder, chopped green chilies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, hing, coriander leaves, rice flour, sesame seeds, and salt. Stir until well combined.

  7. 7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed.
  8. 8. Serve the pancakes hot with your choice of chutney, yogurt, or a side salad for a balanced and delicious meal.
