- 1 kg Yellow Moong Dal
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 250 g Spinach
- 500g Swad Roasted Rice Powder 500g
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the moong dal thoroughly and soak it in water for 4-6 hours or overnight to soften.
- 2. Drain the soaked dal and blend it into a smooth batter using a food processor or blender. If needed, add minimal water to achieve a pancake batter consistency.
- 3. Transfer the batter to a mixing bowl and add rice flour, finely chopped green chilies, hing, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt, chopped coriander leaves, and spinach. Mix well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
- 5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it gently into a circular shape, ensuring an even thickness.
- 6. Cook the pancake for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
