  • 1 kg Yellow Moong Dal
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Salt
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 500g Swad Roasted Rice Powder 500g
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the moong dal thoroughly and soak it in water for 4-6 hours or overnight to soften.
  2. 2. Drain the soaked dal and blend it into a smooth batter using a food processor or blender. If needed, add minimal water to achieve a pancake batter consistency.
  3. 3. Transfer the batter to a mixing bowl and add rice flour, finely chopped green chilies, hing, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt, chopped coriander leaves, and spinach. Mix well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
