Ingredients
- - Grated Coconut
- Pcs Chings Masala Chicken Chilli
- - Coconut Oil
- 500 Gms Organic Sonamasuri White Rice
- 500 g Ghee
- 250g Garlic
- 250g Ginger
- 500 ml Water
- 250g Green Chilli
- 20G Curry Leaves
- 100 g Coriander Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Black Pepper Powder
- 10G Salt
- 250g Coriander
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a deep pan. Add curry leaves, garlic, ginger, green chilies, and onions. Sauté until onions turn golden brown.
- Step 2: Add the chicken pieces and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Step 3: Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Step 4: Pour in 100 ml of water, cover, and let the chicken cook for 15 minutes or until tender.
- Step 5: Add the grated coconut and cook for 5 more minutes, stirring well to combine. Finish with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil for added flavor.
- Step 6: For the coconut rice, heat ghee in a separate pan. Add fresh grated coconut and sauté gently for 2 minutes. Mix it with cooked white rice and adjust salt to taste.
- Step 7: Plate the chicken sukka alongside the coconut rice and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
