Ingredients

  • - Grated Coconut
  • Pcs Chings Masala Chicken Chilli
  • - Coconut Oil
  • 500 Gms Organic Sonamasuri White Rice
  • 500 g Ghee
  • 250g Garlic
  • 250g Ginger
  • 500 ml Water
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 20G Curry Leaves
  • 100 g Coriander Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 10G Salt
  • 250g Coriander

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a deep pan. Add curry leaves, garlic, ginger, green chilies, and onions. Sauté until onions turn golden brown.
  2. Step 2: Add the chicken pieces and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Step 3: Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Pour in 100 ml of water, cover, and let the chicken cook for 15 minutes or until tender.
  5. Step 5: Add the grated coconut and cook for 5 more minutes, stirring well to combine. Finish with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil for added flavor.
  6. Step 6: For the coconut rice, heat ghee in a separate pan. Add fresh grated coconut and sauté gently for 2 minutes. Mix it with cooked white rice and adjust salt to taste.
  7. Step 7: Plate the chicken sukka alongside the coconut rice and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
