- 20G Curry Leaves
- Pcs Chings Masala Chicken Chilli
- - Onion
- 250g Garlic
- 250g Ginger
- - Red Chilli
- 250g Coriander
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 500 ml Water
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100g Garam Masala
- 10G Salt
- - Cumin Seed
- 1 l Soyabean Oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, and green chillies. Sauté for 30 seconds.
- Step 2: Add chopped onions. Cook until golden brown.
- Step 3: Add garlic, ginger, and tomatoes. Sauté until tomatoes soften completely.
- Step 4: Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes to toast the spices.
- Step 5: Add chicken pieces and stir well, ensuring the chicken gets coated with spices. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 6: Add water and cover the skillet. Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes or until chicken is tender and sauce thickens. Stir occasionally.
- Step 7: Once done, sprinkle garam masala and fresh cilantro. Mix well and cook for an additional minute.
- Step 8: For jeera rice, heat 1 tablespoon oil in the rice cooker. Add cumin seeds and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Step 9: Add soaked rice, salt, and required water (usually 1:2 ratio for rice to water). Cook rice in the rice cooker until fluffy.
- Step 10: Plate the chicken sukka beside the jeera rice and serve warm.
