Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • Pcs Epi Yogurt Mango
  • 200 g Cream
  • - Bay Leaf
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Coriander Powder
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 500 g Rice
  • - Butter
  • 10G Salt
  • 250g Coriander

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Mix yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt in a bowl to create a marinade. Coat the paneer cubes and let them marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a grill pan. Sear the marinated paneer cubes until lightly charred and set aside.
  3. Step 3: In a deep pan, heat the remaining oil and butter. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Then add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Step 4: Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
  5. Step 5: Add coriander powder, garam masala, and green chilies. Stir well, then add fresh cream and adjust salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Step 6: Gently add the grilled paneer cubes to the gravy and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Step 7: To prepare jeera rice, heat oil in a saucepan. Add cumin seeds and bay leaf. Once fragrant, add soaked rice and water (1:2 ratio). Cook until rice is tender.
  8. Step 8: Serve the paneer tikka masala hot with the jeera rice, garnished with chopped cilantro.
