- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Onion
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 100G Oleo
- - Low Fat Dahi (Pouch)
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle for 30 seconds until aromatic.
- 2. Add the finely chopped onion to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Stir in the ginger paste and garlic paste, cooking for another minute.
- 3. Add the diced green and red bell peppers to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- 4. Stir in the finely chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes break down and the spices are well-mixed.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low and add the cubed paneer, gently mixing to coat the paneer with the spice mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes, ensuring the paneer remains tender.
- 6. Add the low-fat yogurt and salt, stirring well to create a mildly creamy texture. Cook for another 2 minutes to warm everything through.
- 7. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro leaves and serve hot with whole-grain rotis or a side of quinoa.
