Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 250 G Kabuli Chana
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • - Olive Oil
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add hing, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and chili powder, and sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
  2. 2. Add paneer cubes to the pan and gently toss to coat them in the spices. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping occasionally, until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil and sauté the bell peppers and cabbage for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. 4. Mix the cooked chickpeas and chopped tomatoes into the pan with the vegetables. Season with salt and cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
  5. 5. Prepare the dressing by whisking together plain yogurt and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  6. 6. Assemble the bowl by layering the sautéed vegetables and chickpeas, followed by the spiced paneer cubes. Drizzle the yogurt dressing over the top.
  7. 7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately.
