Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 250 G Kabuli Chana
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- - Olive Oil
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 200 g Dahi
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add hing, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and chili powder, and sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
- 2. Add paneer cubes to the pan and gently toss to coat them in the spices. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping occasionally, until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
- 3. In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil and sauté the bell peppers and cabbage for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- 4. Mix the cooked chickpeas and chopped tomatoes into the pan with the vegetables. Season with salt and cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
- 5. Prepare the dressing by whisking together plain yogurt and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- 6. Assemble the bowl by layering the sautéed vegetables and chickpeas, followed by the spiced paneer cubes. Drizzle the yogurt dressing over the top.
- 7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately.
