Ingredients
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 100 g Asparagus
- 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
- 1 pack (52 g) Orika Red Chilli Flakes
- 200 g Urban Platter Vegetable Bouillon And Broth Powder
Instructions
- 1. Skip this step as there is no mackerel to prepare.
- 2. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Add the garlic and asparagus, cooking for 3-5 minutes until the asparagus starts to soften.

- 4. Add 1/4 pint of water and the vegetable bouillon powder to the frying pan with the asparagus. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the asparagus are tender but still slightly crisp.
- 5. Remove the asparagus from the pan, leaving the liquid behind. Stir in the chili flakes to the pan and simmer for 2-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, to infuse the broth with spice.
- 6. To serve, place the asparagus on a plate. Spoon the garlicky, spiced broth over the top. Enjoy your delicious pescatarian supper!
