- 50 g Parsley Leaves
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- - Olive Oil
- - Thyme Leaves
- 20 g Oregano
- 100 g Garlic
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Almond Flour
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the green lentils thoroughly and cook them in a pot with enough water until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and add asafoetida. Stir briefly, then add chopped tomatoes, zucchini, and bell peppers. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- 3. Season the vegetables with salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano. Mix well and combine with the cooked lentils. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- 4. In a bowl, mix almond flour and grated plant-based . Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the lentil and vegetable base in the baking dish.
