- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 g Organic Tofu - Soy Paneer
- 100 g Quinoa
- 250 g Spinach
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 100 g Til
- 100G Peanuts
- 100 g Garlic
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 80 g Soya Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Press and cube the firm tofu, then pan-fry it in sesame oil until golden and slightly crispy on all sides. Sprinkle with chili flakes and set aside.
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together peanut , tamari, lime juice, hing, and a splash of water to create a y dressing.
- 3. Prepare the vegetables by shredding the cabbage, chopping the spinach and bell peppers, and rinsing the bean sprouts.
- 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, tofu, shredded cabbage, spinach, bell peppers, and bean sprouts.
- 5. Pour the prepared peanut dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
