  • 250 g Spinach
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil

  • 100G Peanuts
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 80 g Soya Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Press and cube the firm tofu, then pan-fry it in sesame oil until golden and slightly crispy on all sides. Sprinkle with chili flakes and set aside.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together peanut , tamari, lime juice, hing, and a splash of water to create a y dressing.
  3. 3. Prepare the vegetables by shredding the cabbage, chopping the spinach and bell peppers, and rinsing the bean sprouts.
  4. 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, tofu, shredded cabbage, spinach, bell peppers, and bean sprouts.
