Ingredients
- Pcs Epi Yogurt Mango
- - Lemon Juice
- 500 ml Water
- 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Powder
- - Garlic Paste
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 500 g Rice
- 250g Green Chilli
- 250g Coriander
- 10G Salt
Instructions
- Step 1: In a bowl, prepare a marinade by mixing yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, and salt. Coat the fish fillets evenly and let them marinate for 20 minutes.
- Step 2: Heat a grill pan or tawa over medium heat and grease it with vegetable oil. Place the marinated fish fillets on the pan and grill for 5 minutes on each side until cooked through and slightly charred. Remove and keep warm.
- Step 3: In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the sliced green chilies and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Step 4: Add the soaked rice to the saucepan and stir gently to coat with the cumin mixture. Pour in 300 ml water, season with salt, and bring to a boil.
- Step 5: Lower the heat, cover the saucepan, and let the rice cook for 12-15 minutes until fully cooked and fluffy. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6: Serve the grilled fish alongside the cumin rice for a balanced and flavorful lunch.
